- We take care of every detail so that our environmental impact is as low as possible, that's why all our packaging is designed and thought out so that your shopping experience creates as little waste as possible. We use cloth envelopes to protect our notebooks and compostable envelopes for delivery to your home.
- Deliveries to Spain (Peninsula and Balearic Islands) and Portugal (except islands) are free from 40 euros and delivery time is between 48 and 72 working hours. Deliveries to other countries take approximately 5 working days. When we deliver, you will receive a link so that you can know where your notebook is at all times. Returns
Returns
The most important thing is your satisfaction. All returns must be notified within 30 calendar days after the purchase of any of our products by sending an email to hola@thekidspaperclub.com.
- If the product arrives damaged, the customer must notify us within 48 hours of receipt, demonstrating the condition of the product and we will cover any shipping costs.
- In the event of a change of opinion on the part of the customer, it is essential that the products to be returned are in perfect condition and without obvious signs of use, otherwise no return can be made. In this case the shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
