- Shipping to Spain (mainland and Balearic Islands), Portugal (excluding the islands) and Andorra is free on orders over €50, with delivery in 24 to 72 working hours. Delivery to other countries takes about 5 working days. When we ship your order, you will receive a link to track it at any time. Your satisfaction is what matters most. All returns must be notified within 30 calendar days of purchasing any of our products by emailing hola@thekidspaperclub.com.
- If the product arrives damaged, the customer must let us know within 48 hours of receiving it, showing the condition of the product, and we will cover any shipping costs.
- If the customer changes their mind, the products being returned must be in perfect condition with no visible signs of use; otherwise the return cannot be accepted. In this case, shipping costs are paid by the customer.

WHAT'S A GOOD AGE TO START THE JOURNAL?
From age 6, when they start reading and writing, they can read the questions and answer them on their own. We recommend doing it as a family, because it's a lovely moment.
You can also start earlier and write the answers yourself, because before age six you can already have the conversations the journal sparks. At home we started at age 4, and I wrote down what my son told me.
HOW LONG DOES THE JOURNAL LAST?
The Kids Best Self Journal lasts 4 months if they use it every day. We recommend not forcing it and doing it in calm moments, when they really feel like it. Some children can't go a day without it, while others do it a couple of times a week. It's all fine, and we think it's important to respect that.
HOW DO YOU USE IT?
The journal has two main parts:
The first is about self-discovery, and they can fill it in whenever they like. It's a section to complete little by little.
The second is the journal itself, where they reflect on the day they've just lived. It can be used daily or whenever they need or feel like it.
WHICH LANGUAGES IS IT AVAILABLE IN?
The Kids Best Self Journal is available in Spanish, Catalan and English. We plan to add more languages, because the best way to do it is in the language spoken at home.
WHAT IF THEY DON'T WANT TO DO IT?
It's very important to respect their pace, but there's one thing that never fails. If they don't want to do it or don't know what to write, a trick is to start yourself and each write in a different colour. Seeing your answers and writing together motivates them a lot. Try it and let us know :)
