- Shipping to Spain (mainland and Balearic Islands), Portugal (excluding the islands) and Andorra is free on orders over €50, with delivery in 24 to 72 working hours. Delivery to other countries takes about 5 working days. When we ship your order, you will receive a link to track it at any time. Returns
Returns
Your satisfaction is what matters most. All returns must be notified within 30 calendar days of purchasing any of our products by emailing hola@thekidspaperclub.com.
- If the product arrives damaged, the customer must let us know within 48 hours of receiving it, showing the condition of the product, and we will cover any shipping costs.
- If the customer changes their mind, the products being returned must be in perfect condition with no visible signs of use; otherwise the return cannot be accepted. In this case, shipping costs are paid by the customer.
